Susan is one of our wonderful chefs (or Sue Chef, as we sometimes call her!)
After owning her own deli in Colorado for over a decade, Susan made the move to the Big Island with her husband to be more connected to the island’s nature and build their dream home.
Having always been interested in what goes into our bodies, Susan has worked at perfecting a variety of foods, from Mexican food, nut burgers, veggie chili, delicate soups, and more.
At home she enjoys the entertainment of watching her chickens, dog, (and sometimes husband) run around. She also loves catching up with her children, who live in California.
