Aftercare is an important part of recovery. While rehab will help you to become sober, it may not be enough to help you to maintain your sobriety when you return home. That’s why we’ll work with you to develop a discharge plan before you leave our facility. This will help you to reintegrate into society while staying away from drugs and alcohol. Even if you don’t live locally, we’ll help you to find ongoing support in your community.
