Chef Jen lovingly prepares food for clients with heart. As a professionally trained Natural Chef, Jen brings a fresh perspective to her culinary creations – rooted in nutritional and restorative principles.
Jen’s Natural Chef training at Bauman College and her work experience makes her exceedingly well equipped to cater for specialty diets and prepare therapeutic meals. As Hippocrates said, ‘Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.’
Jen also has a passion for gardening with a particular interest in growing herbs. She loves harvesting plants from their natural, or “wild” habitat, for food or medicinal purposes.
In her free time Jen gives back to her community through volunteer activities utilizing her kitchen skills. She’s a keen swimmer, enjoys reading, painting and sharing good times with human and animal friends alike.
