Dr. Mailman brings 30 years of healthcare experience to his work, including extensive practice in opioid treatment programs, inpatient medical withdrawal management, residential substance use treatment, and office-based opioid treatment. He is double board-certified in Addiction Medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine and in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics, and holds active medical licenses in Hawaii, Washington, and Texas. Earlier in his career, he founded and grew a well-respected regional pediatric practice in Texas and served as Medical Director for a managed care center supporting addictive and other disorders. Alongside his clinical work, Dr. Mailman has spent more than a decade as a physician informaticist and medical director with leading healthcare consulting firms, helping health systems across the country implement and optimize the technology that supports better patient care.
