Desi Saragosa
Chef and Kitchen Manager
Desi has lived in Hawaii for most of his life. He has an AS Degree in Foodservice and has worked for 5-Diamond Resorts such as the Ritz-Carlton, Fairmont and Sheraton. He’s trained with Chefs David Brown, Wolfgang Puck and Amy Ota. Desi gained his medical food service experience from working in North Hawaii Community Hospital for 6 years. He also served in the US Army and was decorated with a humanitarian medal for his service in Kauai after Hurricane Iniki.
He says that working at the Exclusive is the “Flagship job of his whole career.”
