Naolanani Hamilton serves as a Nurse and Health Coach at The Exclusive, where her primary role is supporting and monitoring clients in residence as they move through the recovery process. A Licensed Practical Nurse, Naola brings clinical attentiveness together with a warm, steady presence — the kind that makes residents feel seen, cared for, and never alone in their healing. Her biggest wish for clients is simple but powerful: that they always know they have support in the journey of recovery.
Described by those around her as happy, helpful, and friendly, Naola lives by two lessons from her parents that shape the way she shows up at work every day — “do it right the first time so you don’t have to go back and redo,” and “no matter how small the task, always give 100%, because you never know who is watching.” She’s inspired by the simple truth that tomorrow can be anything you want it to be, and she carries that optimism into every shift. If she were a new addition to the crayon box, she’d be yellow — because it’s bright.
Naola relocated to the Big Island nearly four years ago after returning home for a celebration of life with her Ohana, and she’s loved being home and making new memories with family ever since. For Naola, Ohana comes first — a value that extends naturally into the way she cares for clients at The Exclusive. Outside of work, she spends her leisure time cooking for friends and family and sewing.
